Since 1971 Mr. Hall has been involved in the sale, brokerage, leasing, management and appraisal of real estate on a full time basis. He was formerly the owner or partner of Ocean Appraisal Associates; Richard E. Hall Associates, Inc; Atlantic Coast Realty Advisory Group and Hall-Palmer Realty Consultants, Inc. He is currently the Broker/Owner/Appraiser/Consultant of the real estate brokerage firm of Hall Real Estate Agency, Waretown, New Jersey.

Mr. Hall has served on the Board of Directors, Admissions Committee and was past assistant regional member of the Review and Counseling Committee of the Appraisal Institute, as well as the 1995 NJ Metro Chapter President. He has also served on the Board of Directors and was Past President of the former Society of Real Estate Appraisers, Chapter #105.

Since the 1980's, Mr. Hall has been active in real estate development and building construction. His experience in developing, building and selling includes condominium projects, single-family tract houses and commercial buildings, as well as owning a general contracting equipment company.

As of this date, Richard E. Hall, MAI,CRE has completed the requirements of the continuing education program of the Appraisal Institute.
